2017 Rolling Thunder :  Date:  May 24 – 29  Where: Washington DC  Room info for DC:  We will be leaving on Wednesday, May 24th from Bob Evans, Staying at the Microtel in Buckhannon, WV, Phone 304 460-2525, $89.99 per night).  Ask for Shawna.  To get the group rate tell them the reservations are under my name.  In DC we are staying at the Holiday Inn, Rosslyn, the 25th, 26th and 27th, Phone 703 807-2000, ext. 2222.   When making the reservation tell them the block code is GRT.

Minor glitch (maybe).  We have 10 double rooms for Thurs. and Fri. but could only get 4 doubles on Sat.  SO, some people may have to move to a King room on Sat. night if no doubles come available.  SO, if you can take a King room when you register for all three nights that would save some trouble.

Also, the room rate, $144 includes breakfast.  If you don’t want breakfast it’s $134.  Let them know when you register.   Jim will be making reservations in Frostburg on the way home.  I’ll let you know details when they are available.  I believe the wreath presentation at Arlington is on Sat. about 10:15  Sponsor:  Jim Wray
